You are not pressured to use all of the hours at one time. You can use half-hour, 40 minutes, an hour, or 2 hours at once. It is up to you.
Group coaching may save you some money but I prefer to work one on one with clients like you to get a feel for your specific needs and to give you my undivided attention and confidentiality.
