Fee is PER room.
What is E-Design? E-design is the designing of a room/space without being in person to measure, look around and take pictures, etc. It’s the power of having access to a designer without paying the higher design fee. This is the Do it yourself (DIY) option with a professional in your ear.
You are hiring me to source furniture, decor and accessories per room. The fee for my time is $950 per room. You receive the following:
Live one hour consult to go over floor plan and design theme or intentions
feng shui tips for your space
Color tips and suggestions
My time to source furniture, accessories and decor
3-7 days of email revisions in case the first submission isn’t ideal
Pdf files of your final revision
You can always book the option to just receive e-designs without a consult, but this is not recommended for best results as you’ll not have the options to receive my advice or tips on the design.
